Field sensors

Define the instrumentation to be integrated in the cleanroom monitoring system.

Particle & microbiological instrumentation

Particle counters

Microbiological samplers

Please select at least one sensor type and enter a quantity to continue.

Vacuum system type

How is vacuum supplied to samplers?

Centralized vacuum

A single central pump distributes vacuum to all sampling points through a dedicated piping network.

Recommended for more than 10 sampling points

Built-in blower sensor

Each sampler features an integrated blower - no centralized piping required. Ideal for distributed or retrofit installations.

Request an expert review with your final report.

+ Backup vacuum system

Standby pump automatically activated on failure of the main pump. Ensures uninterrupted sampling in critical GMP environments (ISO 5 and above). Includes automatic bypass valve, control pressure sensor, and dedicated SCADA alert.

Environmental sensors

Temperature

Relative humidity

Temp + humidity (combined)

Other

If your environment includes any other types of sensors, please specify their quantity and describe them.

Software architecture

Define the server installation type, client endpoints and system-level features.

Server installation type

Industrial stand-alone configuration

Dedicated physical server with DataNext installed on Rigel-certified industrial hardware. Self-contained, network-independent deployment.

Virtual machine (VM)

DataNext virtualized on existing customer IT infrastructure (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox). Integrates with your current server environment.

How many sampling points does your cleanroom have?
If you have more than 10 sampling points, a Stand-Alone PC is typically recommended. For larger or multi-site deployments, a Virtual Machine may be more suitable.
Do you have an existing IT infrastructure (VMware / Hyper-V)?
If yes, the Virtual Machine option integrates with your current server environment. No additional hardware needed. Rigel will provides a technical specification document with minimum hardware requirements (vCPU, RAM, storage, NIC). Our team will share this after receiving your request.
Does your facility require isolated networks (e.g. GMP zone separation)?
A dedicated Stand-Alone PC is often preferred in validated environments where IT/OT separation is required.
Please select a server type to continue.

Clients & peripherals

No. of simultaneous clients

Monitor and control the system from remote locations

Wall mounted touch panel

Industrial HMI panel PCs installed directly at production floor

PC Desktop Client

Dedicated stand alone Pcs for remote client access

System features

Tower light / signal lamp

Visual and audible alarm indication at field level.

Machine signal exchange

Digital I/O integration between DataNext and production machines (lyophilizers, isolators, fillers). Enables sampling start/stop synchronized with the machine cycle. Includes DI/DQ signal mapping, SCADA configuration, and integration testing.

Services

Select the Rigel-delivered services to include in your supply scope. Each selected service will appear in the quote with its full description.

FAT - Factory acceptance test

Complete factory test of the configured system prior to delivery, including full functional verification against your URS. Test report included.

IQ - Installation qualification

GAMP5-compliant installation qualification: verifies the system is installed correctly and in conformance with design specifications. Includes IQ protocol and report.

OQ - Operational qualification

Operational qualification per GAMP5: verifies the system operates within defined parameters. Includes OQ protocol, test cases, and deviation management.

User training

On-site training session for operational users and system administrators. Covers daily operation, alarm management, reporting, and user account management.

Risk assessment / Sampling point definition

Assessment of the controlled environment through a scientific, risk-based approach, to define or review environmental monitoring sampling points from both a design and process perspective. The service identifies critical points and supports contamination control strategy definition.
