Airborne Particle Counter

RIGEL Aerix Remote

The Aerix Remote 3001 and 3101 are engineered to provide reliable, standards-compliant airborne particle measurement for the most demanding controlled environments.

The instruments combine a sealed Class 1 laser engine, stable critical-orifice flow control, and robust industrial communication interfaces to ensure consistent, uninterrupted performance during continuous operation.

With a cleanroom-ready stainless-steel construction and integrated smart diagnostics, the instrument delivers continuous, audit-ready data and rapid response to environmental changes.

Aerix remote particle counter architecture ensures fast installation and seamless connection to IEMS Next®, SCADA systems, and modern Environmental Monitoring platforms, enabling end-to-end data integrity and real-time oversight across aseptic manufacturing areas.

To support a wide range of installation scenarios, Aerix Remote devices are available in two communication variants.

The Modbus RTU (RS‐485) version is ideal for legacy infrastructures that require stable backward compatibility with existing EMS or SCADA systems, ensuring straightforward integration without changes to the facility network.

The Modbus TCP/IP with PoE version introduces a modern, future‐ready architecture that reduces cabling requirements, simplifies power delivery, and accelerates commissioning in new cleanroom deployments.

Together, these options give pharmaceutical manufacturers the flexibility to align their monitoring strategy with both current operational constraints and long‐term digitalization roadmaps.
