The Aerix Remote 4101+ is engineered to provide reliable, standards-compliant airborne particle measurement in controlled environments where an external vacuumsource is not available.
It combines a sealed laser diode optical engine, a built-in sampling pump with stable 1.0 CFM flow, and robust industrial communication interfaces to ensure consistent, uninterrupted performance during continuous operation.
With a cleanroom-compatible stainless-steel housing and up to 4 configurable particle size channels (0.5 and 5.0 micron for cleanroom monitoring application), the Aerix Remote+ 4101 delivers continuous, audit-ready data across a broad range of facility monitoring scenarios.
The instrument integrates seamlessly with IEMS Next®, SCADA systems, and modern Environmental Monitoring platforms via Modbus RTU (RS-485), Modbus TCP/IP, or 4–20 mA analog output, enabling end-to-end data integrity and real-time oversight across aseptic and controlled manufacturing areas.
To support a wide range of installation scenarios, the Aerix Remote+ 4101 is available in two communication variants.
- The Modbus RTU (RS-485) version is ideal for legacy infrastructures that require stable backward compatibility with existing EMS or SCADA systems, ensuring straightforward integration without changes to the facility network.
- The Modbus TCP/IP with PoE++ version introduces a modern, future-ready architecture that reduces cabling requirements, simplifies power delivery via a single Ethernet cable, and accelerates commissioning in new cleanroom deployments.
Together, these options give facility managers and pharmaceutical manufacturers the flexibility to align their monitoring strategy with both current operational constraints and long-term digitalization roadmaps.
