The Aerix Portable 5001 is a high-flow portable airborne particle counter designed for demanding cleanroom
classification, requalification, and environmental monitoring in pharmaceutical, biotech, and aseptic manufacturing environments.
With a 100 L/min sampling flow rate and simultaneous 6- channel measurement from 0.5 to 25 µm, the Aerix Portable
5001 delivers fast, statistically robust particle counts — reducing sampling time per location and accelerating classification campaigns.
Housed in a robust SUS316 stainless-steel enclosure with a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen, integrated thermal printer, and up to 7+ hours of battery autonomy, the instrument is built for intensive field use without compromising audit-ready data integrity.
The 5001 supports Modbus RTU/TCP, Wi-Fi, and USB interfaces — enabling seamless data transfer to Environmental Monitoring platforms and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant audit trails.
Data integrity and access control
IIn GMP environments, every sample record must be traceable to the operator, the location, and the conditions under which it was collected.
The Aerix Portable 5001 meets 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements, with a complete audit trail built into the instrument’s data architecture.
Up to 999 sampling locations are configurable directly on the instrument.
Five measurement modes: Single, Continuous, Interval, Stats, and Standard cover the full range of classification and monitoring scenarios, from spot checks to extended unattended campaigns.
All records are stored on 64 GB internal memory, supporting over 10 million sample sets without external media. The printed report and the digital record are generated simultaneously at the point of measurement, in the format required by ISO 14644-1:2015 and EU GMP Annex 1. When the sampling is completed, the data is already where it needs to be.
